Workshops’19

Moscow Museum of Modern Art and School of contemporary art «Free workshops» announce open call for the annual exhibition of young art «Workshops’19». Artists under 35 years old are invited to present their art pieces produced no later than 2018.

Light It Up Blue

On the 2nd of April the Moscow Museum of Modern Art will take part in the Light It Up Blue international campaign to raise awareness for the people living with autism spectrum disorder. On this day the Moscow Museum of Modern Art on 10 Gogolevsky Boulevard will be lit up blue.

OPEN CALL FOR «WE BEGIN WITH A SQUIGGLE»: A WEEKLY COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOP FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDENTS WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 6TH UNTIL 10TH OF MAY AT MMOMA EDUCATION CENTER

Graphic design students and recent graduates in Moscow are invited to apply with a motivation letter and five to ten images to participate in the workshop. Please send your letter and works to participate@rietveld.moscow by April 3rd.

The workshops are free of charge and kindly supported by the Rietveld Academy.
All workshops will be held in English, fluent knowledge of English is therefore essential.

  • The MMOMA Education Center on 17 Ermolaevsky Lane was opened in the winter 2017 on the one of the four venues of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. The creation of such a Center has become a logical development of the museum’s activity in the sphere of education and popularization of contemporary art, which allows to consolidate and expand all existing educational projects of the museum.
