15 representatives of art, design, fashion, architecture and science interpret the concept of «an absolut world» on the crossroads of creativity, social philosophy and cutting edge technology.

ABSOLUT CREATIVE FUTURE is a unique project for Russia, implemented by ABSOLUT, an iconic global vodka brand and empowered by the unbounded creativity of Russian art-community. Years’ creative heritage and legacy of celebrity partnerships from Andy Warhol and Damien Hurst to VERSACE and Helmut Lang entitle ABSOLUT to act as the visionary brand for the world of art and design, the trendsetter for new formats. This year ABSOLUT launched a new advertising platform IN AN ABSOLUT WORLD, in which it watches the reality with the consumer’s eye, imagining how much easier and brighter life would be if our boldest dreams came true. Thus came about the concept of an ideal, «ABSOLUT» world, that now gains a new dimension serving as a inspiration for a major exhibition project.

ABSOLUT CREATIVE FUTURE is an experience, eroding the traditional definitions of an exhibition space. The task set for the artists is not limited to the creation of an art-object but implies a complex and comprehensive transformation of their designated area in accordance with their vision of AN ABSOLUT WORLD. Thus the spectator in plunged into a multidimensional exhibition reality where coexist various media, forms and viewpoints.

ABSOLUT CREATIVE FUTURE is a kind of experimental artistic workshop. All projects participating are created for the exhibition only and were never displayed before. The list of participants includes both the recognized gurus of Russian contemporary culture and the aspiring debutants of the art universe. That’s why two among 15 exhibited projects were reserved for the winners of an open contest at www.openspace.ru. The curator jury deemed the works of Petr Belyi and Sergei Lakotko the most outstanding among the featured art-projects. All works can be found on the web-page www.openspace.ru/future.
