The Moscow Times newspaper and the Moscow Museum of Modern Art invite children participating in the «Create Yourself» program to present their works at the exhibition that will take place at MMOMA, 25 Petrovka Street. Presentation of photo album and entertainment for children will be organized at the opening of the exhibition. «VTB Capital» is the partner of the «Create Yourself» exhibition at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.

Exhibition dates: November, 17 — November, 30, 2008.

How can I take part in the exhibition?

If you have already given us your works, we will send the invititation card to the non-profit organization or to the address that you have provided. Please contact us to get the invitation card. If you havent sent your works to «Create Yourself» yet, we are still waiting for your paintings. You can send your works to the site www.sotvorisebya.ru or to the email address: elenav@imedia. ru.

Original works can be sent to the editorial office of The Moscow Times newspaper at the following address: 3 Polkovaya Street, 127018 Moscow, for Elena Verkhovskaya. Otherwise you can give the works to the non-profit organization that you are working with (in this case, you should mention «Create Yourself» on the envelope). We require that all participants who have sent us the original works should provide their contact information, so that we could send the paintings back.

«Create Yourself» is the charitable creative program for children organized by The Moscow Times newspaper and the Charities Aid Foundation.

Moscow Museum of Modern Art (www.mmoma.ru) was inaugurated on December 15, 1999 and became the first national museum in Russia specializing on the art of the 20th and 21st century. Now the Museum holds one of the most impressive collections of Russian art of the 20th century. The collection is constantly increasing and includes all the new tendencies in Russian and international art. During the years of its existence the Museum became one of the most active participants of Moscow cultural life.
